Poor Service / no service

I requested agps for $520.00 and discovered it didn't have wireless. I named to stop the purchase and location an order to get a new device that had Wireless, for one more price of $80. I delivered the initial plus they charged A - 15% restocking cost enen though they promote a complete refund. I delivered numerous emails with no reaction. I thenm published negative feedback on Amazon and obtained an email from Antonline declaring when I take away the bad feedback they'd return my restocking fee. I eliminated the feedback because they required 2 weeks before and afeter numerous emails and telephone calls I never got the reimbursement or perhaps a reaction. They're definitely terrible as it pertains to results or assistance. Avoid Antonline.
