Did not pay me for phone sent in December and doesn't respond to emails

Hello All,

Back in December my buddy here at work asked me to sell is Motorola Cell phone on line. I did a search and discovered the website cashmyphone.com. Seams simple. Send phone and wait for phone to arrive to Brooklyn than in 30 days they send you check. Well, After the USPS delivered it and it was scanned delivered it took almost a month for cashmyphones system to show it as delivered and another month to show it as qualified. Next step should be the check, right? 3 months have passed and no response to email. Phone is dis-connected and gone are my friends hopes of his money. Please do NOT use the service. They are frauds.
