Have been trying to bill me and collect money from me when I NEVER owned a Helio phone!

OK, I have to go back over a year to recollect all the details, but, here goes.in Sept. 06, I was interested in getting a Helio phone, and my current phone company was not offering me the deal I wanted, so I called Helio. I told the rep that I wanted to buy a helio phone, and agreed to all the mumbo jumbo, and made sure I could return the phone and cancel the service for a full refund within the free trial period. He reassured me that this was fine, so I ordered the phone. After doing more research I found that the phone was not what I wanted so I decided to cancell everything, and just not open an account at all. So I called back, and was assured that I could refuse shipment of the phone, and whenever they recieve it back, I would be credited back the cost of the phone. I did so, and was shocked that on my next bank statement, not only did they not credit my account, they had billed me for a month of service!!! I was livid! I called back and started asking, "how can you bill me for a month of service when I never even recieved or activated the phone?" The rep agreed, and said they would promptly credit my account for the initial month of service. I was also told that I would recieve my refund for the phone soon too. LIES!!! I never recieved any refunds, and they continued to try to bill me for two months! I continued to call and complain that I never had an account with them, and they still owe me money! They continued to lie, and EVERY week, a different robotic supervisor would tell me that they are mailing my refund on "Friday." Finally, I went to my Visa Protection program and filled out all the forms to get my money back. Satisfaction... This was about a year ago for the Visa refund. A couple months after that, I got a bill for $25 because their computer looked at the Visa refund to me as a "bounced check" and they wanted me to pay the 25 dollars to clear my account and stop billing me. I said "NO WAY, you have no right to bill me, I never had an account with your company! I never took shipment of a phone, I never activated a phone number, or even placed a call, so there was never any billable usage!" He agreed, and said he would take the chages off for me. Now, today, I just got a call from a lawyers office, asking if I want to settle my account with Helio!!! Needless to say, I could not restrain myself from sounding like a raging lunatic. I told the lady from the Lawyer's office that she better take me to court, because I want the judge to hear this NONSENSE!!!" She eventually disconnected the call after I yelled at her for about 60 seconds.
