Will not correct THEIR erro

I ordered seven wireless handheld microphones for a church from Buy.com. Five of them arrived and two were backordered. When the backordered mics finally arrived, I peeked in the shipping box and they appeared to be the same as the first five. Several weeks later when I had time to try and integrate the mics into the church sound system, I discovered that the last two received were actually a lapel mic and a instrument mic (they are packaged in the same box as the handheld mics, BUT there is a designation on the END panel as to what type is in the box). I contacted Buy.com to tell them they sent the wrong items and we would like to exchange them for what we ordered.

Buy.com has refused to correct THEIR mistake because of their 14-day return policy. MY opinion is that, regardless of their policy, they should make good on a problem that was THEIR fault.
