Back ordered item since I wouldn't order their overpriced accessories

Just like the others, after I placed an order for a Nuvi 750, I received a phone call to confirm. After I wouldn't purchase their overpriced memory cards, I received an email from them that it was placed on back order. The next day, I had my husband call them since the item was still being advertised. They stated that it was available and he then explained that we received an e-mail that it was back ordered.

When we stated that we would be contacting the NY Attorney General about their practices, the salesperson stated, "Do what you have to do".
