I am not the first posting against this company for the exact type of scenario. (March 3rd) Placed an order on-line for a Panasonic DMC-TZ3 and was called by a rep to confirm the order. The rep tried to sell me extremely over priced accessories (batteries and CD memory cards). When I informed him that I didn't need them due to the fact my father already had them, I was immediately told the item was on back order.

I called back to ask if any of the colors were in stock, but amazing NONE were available. I was told they would be back in within two weeks. I waited the two weeks and called back on March 19th. This morning I was told they were on back order for three weeks. After having read the original posting, I asked the young lady if she was in fact lying to me abaout availability due to me not purchaing the accessories. Her reply was they are on back order and due to be in in three weeks. I told her it sounded like she was lying and how unfortunate it was that she was lying to people to benefit the company.

I immediately received a return call from the company's number; it was her. She called me a CHEAP LOSER and hung up on me. When I called back to make sure my order was cancelled, another young man received my call and said "OH, is this the CHEAP LOSER? Your order has been cancelled." *click*

I highly recommend you not work with this organization. Good Luck!!!
