Purchased a wii sport bundle on February 17th and never received the product New York

I purchased a wii sport bundle with 5 games from bluebeartoys on February 16th for $410.95 via credit card and received a follow up call from a bluebeartoys associate on February 17th confirmimg my shipping address.

When I had not received the product in 5-10 business days, I tried calling the 800 number as well as the 718-395-3179 number but both stated that the company was closed and to call back during normal business hours, which incidentally was the business hours time frame they indicated on the website that I used.

Then I reversed the phone numbers and they were unlisted or un-available, which did not seem right for a business. When I tried to send an e-mail to them I received the evolution4.com response that they were the web developer that developed and maintains the website for bluebeartoys.
