The Camera Whiz
Pushy and bait and switch, charged me for a battery that was 5 times the cost and doesn't work

I bought a camera for my granddaughter for her birthday - really couldn't afford much of anything but since they were having a new baby soon thought that it would be a great gift. I wanted to learn to use it so I could teach her. I ordered it&not from the camera whiz but that was what was on the invoice.

Like others I got a call confirming my order and they sold me items that said I would need and I found out that I paid way way too much. To top it off the battery that they sold me isn't even the right battery. I charged the battery and when I put it in the camcorder it said that this battery should not be used with this camcorder... Of course I couldn't reach anyone by phone.

I have had pretty good luck with internet buying up until now. This really makes me sick.
