I purchased a green razr on ebay through "cellville" I got the phone a few weeks before christmas. It didnt work. After two weeks of emails through ebay to reach cellville they finally responded to my dispute. I sent the old phone back, and they sent me a new one. Well needless to say the "new" one stopped working last week. Im sure none of the phones they are claiming as "new" truely are. I have now discovered they are no longer on ebay and I have no way to reach them so I'm out $85.00 for the phone I purchased from them. Hopefully this catches up to them in the end.
