Pathetic customer relations, bad product, rip off

Ought 37 in tv one year ago. It died. They sent part, told 24 to 48 hrs to get tech here, took 2 weeks.

Couldnt not fix tv, sent bad part. Suppose to replace tv, told 10 days.

No tv still, called, said oh no 10 days to 4 weeks. (lie)

Rude supervisor, aske for refund to nuy new one, cant do that. Asked for cheaper tv, cant do that. Will send one when we find one.

Almost 3 months still no tv

Never buy polaroid again
