Bought Blackberry Pearl from AT&T - the trackball didnt work. They sent me a new Pearl and THAT trackball didnt work either! Called customer support and spent an hour going in circles until I finally told them to cancel my account. Have been a member for almost 3 years! When I told them I was going to cancel was when they decided to send me a different phone. Told them it was very important I have this phone soon as my business requires constant cell phone communication. Customer service representative stated they would have it overnighted to me for my inconvenience. FOUR days go by and I still do not have the phone. I call up to find out what is going on, and they tell me they have no records of a phone ever being shipped - nor planning to be shipped! I was livid. Asked to talk to supervisor who sounded like a recording telling me he was sorry and would have one overnighted. He sent me back to CHASTITY in customer service who told me they magically found the tracking number and the phone was on it's way - it was Fed Ex's mistake! Little did she know, I was right next to my computer - as she gave me a FAKE tracking number! I couldnt beleive it. I told her I had just typed the tracking number in and it came back as faulty. She then proceeds to tell me the phone had ALREADY BEEN CHARGED to my credit card on file for almost $400!
After a TWO HOUR argument - the final verdict was they would not credit my card until I sent the phone back as I was planning on cancelling my account.
Never use at&t!!!
