I preordered, 9/27/07, the M3 DS Simply Slot 1 for a total amount of $72.90 that was to be charged to my card after it was ready to ship. It was charged to my card on 10/03/07. I have tried to contact the company numerous times with no response. Even though the sites offers online support, it is never working. There has been no change to the status of my order when I try to track it.
