Alltel tells the tale! Big ripoff!

Well I purchased a smartphone from Alltel. Well after I recieved my phone their so called rule came into effect that once you got on the smart phone pack you had to stay on it. My bill is now running approx. 128 a month. I told the manager James that my bill was to high. He offered me the 69 dollar plan without taxes. I explained was still too expensive. Why should exsisting customer have to pay extra money after tthat the rule came out. James seemed so unconcerned about my problem. I had a motorla Q at first they changed it out because it didn't do what the salesperson told me it would do. So they switched it to a starmcom that phone I was unable to use as a modem. Now finally they switched it with a blackberry 8830. It is a great phone but the smart phone plans are too expensive and so are the cell phones. I had to pay extra money for the blackberry in regards to the money I had had already spent. James the manager wasn't concerned about me or my phone. He don't have to worry about about a smart phone plan with his blackberry pearl for him I sure its free a month!!!
