Blinko i1m being charged 9.99 every month on my alltel bill for a blinko service that i did not order and alltel said they can not stop it. Blinko has to but there is no way in to so. Help me stop this and get my money back.!

I am being charged 9.99 every month on my alltel bill for a service called blinko that i did not order and alltel says they can not stop it blinko has to but ther is not way to contact them to do so. Please help me.
