Scammed by this company for money to be charged to my phonebill without notice for a subscription service i didn't authorize Internet internet

At 4:14 pm on 7/12/07 i got a text stating that i have 7 downloads. I should go to blinko.com to redeem cool tones, pics or games. Watch out for ipod winners! And i should either reply help stop or call 800-971-2271. I called the number provided and after several attempts i got through to a spanish speaking person who informed me that i had signed up for this service. I told her that i did not and wanted to stop all future texts which she informed that i would still be charged the 9.99 for this month and that would be it. I did not sign up for any service and i believe i was part of a scam and i would like to make a formal complaint on this company.
