Call Pinoy
Request refund since last week of October and no refund until now. Company keep promising

On October we sign up for call pinoy. It is unlimited calls to the Philippines for $89.00. After 2 to 3 days of use we did not like the service because we get disconnected after 20 to 30 minutes of use without telling us. As unhappy customer we called the company and cancelled the service. First we thought we will just file a non payment from our bank but we decided to inform the company and may be they will process the refund in a fast manner. One month had passed no refund. Here comes December we finally rec'd an email stating 'Dear Amable,

A refund check for $89 was processed for you last week. It will be going out in today's mail. You can expect it within the week if the mail is not slowed down by the holidays.

January came and we inform them that no check arrived and in fact we called and give our address.

Another email was received:
Dear Tom,

A refund check was indeed sent out to you on Dec. 26 for $89.00. The address we have on file for Amable that we sent the refund to is:
xx
Bend, Oregon 97702
It has already been a while so you should have received your check, but since you haven't, please confirm the above address and make corrections if any and I'll personally forward you another refund check today. We will just put a stop payment on the previous check. The refund check is coming from the Union City, Ca office and not from the Philippines, so you should have it in a few days. Please let me know when you get it. Again, thank-you for your patience.
