Refund for faulty part

These men are definitely terrible using their customer support. Purchased a fridge door gasket that came having a perspective inside it such that it was us-installable. I didn't delay another week for delivery therefore went and purchased one locally. After I approached them to come back the broken component the girl I talked with was rude, coarse and essentially stated sorry your condition cannot help you.

I wrote a hot mail for them and fourteen days later I obtain a RMA number to come back it—delivered it off 24 hours later plus they obtained it your day next—another week went by but still no reimbursement.

This type of person not just gradual shippers but appear really reluctant to remain behind these products they market.
