I have spent Voo-Coos of money at your Wal-Mart Stores all over. I feel you are wrong buy taking the lay-away plan away. Since Bush has been in office it has hurt Americans all over finanually. Sometimes the lay-away helps people to get what they want. I am totally against your rules on this subject. I think you ought to reinstate the lay-away plan. I have talked to many people, and they agree with me, but yet not smart enough to write their feelings down. As a Wal-Mart shopper I would like to see this plan reinstated. Thank you.
