Avoid this company

Ordered Canon G9 for $289.00 with shipping os $24.95. Received 1st email that order being processed. Then another email that they needed to speak with me on the phone to verify order. During call upselling lens, memory cards, warrenty and advised I needed them for proper camera function. Total package was 989.00. Didn't get new email with additional purchases. On invoice in package, shipping was $75.

It took 3 days to get in touch with company. Was told items sold as a package and for shipping they had to put something. Stated I wanted to return order multiple times Stated I had to return entire order, not additional items I purchased.

Finally (Vinny) who stated he was a superviser said I would be refunded $761.51. Vinny also stated all the negative info on the internet was written by their competitors.
