Scam increased price then never issued credit after order cancelled

We bought a wii at one price and then they came back a few days later telling us that their new 'distributor' was now selling them at a new price... $250 more... They said we could get one at the new price. We told them no, you can honor the price we bought it for and they said they will issue a credit... Well needless to say it is 2 weeks later and no credit... Now in contact with the bank to dispute the charges. What a nightmare and rip off.
