Bait and switch, intimadation, sell gray market cameras

I did not give my real name or address but if any attorney starts a class action suit please email me. I am a professional photographer and if they can rip me off they are making a killing off the common buyer. They sent me an off brand battery, bumpred up the price and did not and would not give me a detailed invoice. They yelled at me, threatend me, held $400 of my money for "shipping and insurance". They advertise shipping as free. They said they would not refund my money until the credit card made them but when I mentioned the Attorney General's office (though they told me they were not afraid of them, me or my credit card company) they did refund my money a week later.

The worst thing these people do, however, is sell gray market Nikons. Gray markey Nikons have a serial number that begins with a 2. They are not made in the US and Nikon will not touch them! These people give you a warranty for some Joe Blow repair shop. If anyone looks up customer complaints or goes to bbb.org you will see what they do. Beware, though, they have made thier own bogus review page.
