Existing Customers Don't Exist Long Term Customers don't exist the business that doesn't give a dam

Nextel doesn't give a damn about Long-Term Clients! Why is it that new customer can recieve better prices on New Celluar Phones, when we long-term clients have to pay a higher cost, wouldn't it occur to them that if I'm upgrading my phone I must be satified with the service at least.

I think hell we should be able to get a new celluar phone free every 12-15 months. As a marketing tip think about people without nextel will see the newest and latest phone on the market and not the oldest phone on the market and maybe they will get more excited about being a new client.

Get this their are NUMEROUS PEOPLE IN THE PROFESSIONAL SPORTS, LIKE BASEBALL, FOOTBALL BASKETBALL AND ETC., that recieve their phone for free and pay no monthly bills, but get this they are some of the highest paid people in the world and making Millions a year.
