Sprint sent me a dysfunctional refurbished phone

This dilemma has been going on since May.in May my phone was stolen. I immediately contacted customer service to get my phone turned off. Within three business days I received my refurbished phone.

As soon as I charged my phone I tried to log onto the internet to download new ring tones and games but I wasn't able to access the internet. I contacted Sprint's customer service, I was connected to tech support but they were unable to fix the problem so I wascompensated with unlimited text for a month.

Around June my calls started dropping. I couldn't hear the caller and the caller couldn't hear me which resulted in one of us hanging up. I contacted customer service as usual and I was compensated with additional minutes.

I even tried to contact the insurance company but I was told that they were unable to help me because I no longer have insurance (but what does that have to do with the faulty refurbished phone).

On October the 12th, I finally took the crappy refurbished phone into a sprint location with tech support so they could have a look at it. It was no shock when I was told that the phone was a piece of shit from the start. Sprint's insurance company sent me a phone that was of no use and I have been going through hell and back as if I've caused the problem.

Right about now there are three things that can be done

1.) My phone should be fixed at sprint's expense since their insurance company sent me the faulty phone.

2.) Another refurbished phone should be sent out

3.) My contract can be canceled and my patronage can go to a company that actually cares about their loyal customers.
