Sold Product without replacement parts

Bought a LCD T.V. From home shopping network. They sold out to another outfit. The tv is a ULTRA 32" made by Prosonic Group, Corp. The ac adapter stop working after 18 months. Called Prosonic several times and was told the adapter is on back order. This started the first week of September and every time I call they give me a different date the adapter is to be in. They are LYING and have no intention of getting the part. How can you make a product and sell to the public without replacement parts? They change stories everytime. I call every week and thy act stupid as if they do not know what I am talking about.
