Rebate Galloped

I have purchased 3 US modular 1GB micro SD Secure Digital Cards on 24th March and submitted the rebate forms on 03 April for the same to get a refund of $51 against the purchase of 54.84 via Buy.com, the order no. Was 32905073. But even after 8 months I have not received the rebate money. I have written several mails to US Modular provided email address, but did not get any response. I belive if this is not the case happening with me, I have read few forums and found that it is happening with various people and no body is getting any response.

My assumption is that the company is floating their products with heavy rebate on that and then they never send the rebate back to anybody. This is really a very bad and this creates a fear for everybody in mind.

Please help if someone can do so, so that I can get my money back.
