Sells faulty equipment and software that does not function correctly and refuses to return calls to resolve

This company sold me over $20k worth of supposed high-end CCTV equipment and software, when I received the items there were 30 of 33 cameras that were defective, they gave me a run around for over 2 months with one excuse after another as to why they still failed to replace the defects, in the meantime it was discovered that the software they created in house for Video capture was full of bugs and functions that caused it to be worthless. Months were spent trying to resolve the issues... Complaints were filed with the BBB (They ignored all of them). I tried to call managerssupervisors and even owners but found that no one up the ladder cared and were perfectly fine with just stealing my money for worthless crap.
