Damaged my credit, false reporting, when valid reason given still put back false credit reporting

Experian, equifax, transunion-make their money from creditors, so they slant collection in creditors favor, ignoring the publics rights-federal, state, fcc, ftc.
I bought two oreck electronic air filters (750.00) 1 year warranty, they stopped working, one at 7 months and one at 9 months. Told me i had to go to local service center in cherryhill, nj., called said they would check out to see if warranty problem or charge to me, says 1 year unlimited warranty. I call oreck to send me box to ship, never recieve. Said would remove last 98.00 charge, 3 years later recieve bill from collection agency, now 6 years later im getting alpat collections for 98.00 the last payment, but they still have not sent shipping packages for bad units. I will make court date and bring bad oreck electronic air filters so they can pay my court time.

P.S. Also i have 5 other collectors which have not been settled, yet experian, equifax and trans union still keep putting back on.
