Old Disputed Collection Accounts Keep Reappearing on Credit Report

Experian, Equifax, Transunion-make their money from creditors, so they slant collection in creditors favor, ignoring the publics rights-federal, state, fcc, ftc.
I bought two Oreck electronic air filters (750.00) 1 year warranty, they stopped working, one at 7 months and one at 9 months. Told me I had to go to local service center in Cherryhill, NJ., called said they would check out to see if warranty problem or charge to me, says 1 year unlimited warranty. I call Oreck to send me box to ship, never receive. Said would remove last 98.00 charge, 3 years later receive bill from collection agency, now 6 years later I'm getting Alpat Collections for 98.00 the last payment, but they still have not sent shipping packages for bad units. I will make court date and bring bad Oreck electronic air filters so they can pay my court time.

P.S. Also I have 5 other collectors which have not been settled, yet Experian, Equifax and Trans Union still keep putting back on.
