Has anybody had this issue???

I ordered my processor in 12/05. Didn't start till after thirty days, I applied it to easy container cake mixture to test it out. It started up subsequently died, therefore washed it out & attempted again, same task. Therefore HSN wouldn't go back, substitute or restore. I am aware that item, nevertheless when many calls designed to WolfgangPuckis customer support # have gotten me to put they'll deliver me delivery tag since engine is warranteed for 5 years. I've to pay for delivery, the engine is extremely large. With 3 telephone calls to Wolgangs customer support they could not create something written down reported client pays for several delivery. Has anybody had this issue & had the opportunity to obtain around it.

I'm saddened Wolfgang appears type & might remain behind his items. You will find no customer support telephone numbers on his site only mail entry. Any suggestions. I truly wish to make use of this processor, but can't. Appears uncommon if engine has 5 year warrantee & they could not create written down there return/warrantee entirely then it's susceptible to wim & change at their attention. Unjust to paying customer.
