Failed to honor rebate and answer email queries

On 31 March I submitted paperwork (Priorty USPS, Delivery Confirmation Receipt) for a $50 rebate after purchasing a TVMini HD (15 March 07): I never received the rebate. I tried to reach the company using the email address given on the rebate information (info@miglia.com) on 27 Jun 07 but they have not replied to my email as of 4 Aug 07.
