I bought a notebook computer and personal check cleared and no comp for 3months and will not answer phone...

Ye si bought a notbook computer from workstations and they wanted a payment so we sent a presonal check and it cleared and they called saying the laptop would arive in 3 days and it DID NOT so we called and the line is disconnected i hve been wateing and i get nothing
