Poor and Slow Customer Service, Won't Offer Refund, Scam, Ripoff

I bought a $200 software package from Handango and when trying to do the registrations via my smart phone it was impossible! I emailed Handango for help but heard nothing for over a week! I emailed again and got an apology and so responded with my question and my email went unanswered for almost another week! I then asked for a refund and they told me that rather than pursue such drastic meaures let's try to solve the problem first.

At this point I was in no mood to resolve the problem! Apparently Handango said they had to contact the company that makes the software to approve a refund! Whoever heard of such a thing! So I waited and waited to hear from the company and never got a response. So I emailed Handango again and they emailed back and said they still can not offer a refund. This is retarded!
