Megacameras.com has no business being in business! No customer service. Ripoff

Megacameras.com is an incompetent business and should be removed from the web. Their website allows for a simple purchase procedure but fails to offer any kind of customer service. Their website claims to have live telephone support for those that call. When calling on numerous occasions the result is always the same. No one is available.

I have emailed megacameras.com repeatedly but have yet to receive any response. On my particular order, I requested a 2-day shipping for which is added into the final price. Well over a week after placing my order, I haven't been able to contact anyone that represents megacameras.com.

On the website for megacameras.com a person may log into their account and view orders that they have placed. When logging in and viewing the status of my order it only says "pending".

When conducting a simple search of the physical address listed for megacameras.com, the result lists the business name at the same physical address as being "Cormega Enterprises Inc; with the phone number as being 718-265-1320.

I want to speak to the person that has the shame of claiming to run such a crap outfit. They should have their domain name banned indefinately and they should send any/all remaining inventory to the people they have ripped off as gifts.
