Service blocked after daughter hung up on verification call

After years of using dish we were blocked because of making them mad, I guess. My daughter was visiting when they called to verify the receivers. She didn't know what they meant, I was gone to the dr. So she hung up on them because of their rudeness. After I got home we were blocked.

I tried to call the same person that she talked to, he left his name & number, but he said he was from people pc & couldn't help me. I called twice more & got an obvious run around. Any number that I call gives me back to Chris, which is a liar & rip off. No customer service what so ever. No one will talk to me because my daughter hung up on them. I will get direct tv & hopefully have better luck.
