Blocked us out after years of service

After years of using dish we were blocked because of making them mad, i guess. My daughter was visiting when they called to verify the recievers. She didn't know what they meant, i was gone to the dr. So she hung up on them because of thier rudeness. After i got home we were blocked.

I tried to call the same person that she talked to, he left his name & number, but he said he was from people pc & couldn't help me. I called twice more & got an obvious run around. Any number that i call gives me back to chris, which is a liar & rip off. No customer service what so ever. No one will talk to me because my daughter hung up on them. I will get direct tv & hopefully have better luck.
