I bought a $593.00 connection program from Thinkvacuums.com and determined I didn't such as the item. I named regarding returning it and that I was informed easily did not make use of the products I'd be billed a-5% restocking charge. I thought good with that and delivered them. A couple weeks later my consideration was acknowledged however they subtracted $148.48 from my credit simply because they declare I applied it since the energy nozzle had hair inside it. I told them many times used to do not make use of the machine as well as for all I understand the hair was in it after I received it. The person about the different end-of the point was very arrogant, and that I experience he was blaming me of laying. I'd never conduct business with this specific organization again.
