Screw people out of rebate ripoff

Made some purchases from tigerdirect - 2 had rebates - made copies - mailed the rebates in, opted for the express payment and therefore paid $5.50 of each rebate to them for the 'express service'. Return e-mails saying one is okay, other has wrong address. Confirm from my copies both are correct/match invoice - e-mail asking the problem - no response.
Get the check, e-mail again, no response, and again and again, etc. Resubmit before cutoff, again asking what was wrong with the first one. Finally get a response, saying I didn't submit the proof of purchase (which I did), but that they would issue a rebate.
I answer saying that I expect a full rebate, with no deduction for their so-called express service, since it's now been over six weeks since I rec'd the first check. Three weeks later I get a check, minus the 'express charge', have e-mailed them again and again, finally got a response they would repay the 'express charge', and I should get it in 7-14 business days (express?).
Three weeks later, nothing, send e-mail asking again, get response saying that I was paid 2 months ago. These people don't even read the e-mails -as I told them - or -don't understand English.
It's now closing on 5 months since I got the first check on the other rebate. Am filing with the BBB, but would be interested if anyone goes with a class action, have had trouble with these jerks before. Stay away from TigerDirect and on-rebate, NewEgg provides better prices and 200% (or more) better service.
