Dropped calls and poor customer service

I've a lot of fallen calls and late texts. I had been informed by one the revenue supervisors in one single the stores that " I'd not create nextel my main cellphone until I remained in NY, LA, or CHA." These details might have been useful 12 months before when he was within the shop after I bought my telephone. The display on my motorolla i870 is empty and that I have insurance onto it, however they WOn't substitute it but it's a specialized deficiency and wasn't broken. Nextel provided me another i870 for $380 dollars and that's having a $75 discount. WHOA they have to be insane. Our response was I Would rather spend the $200 to opt-out of the agreement.
