Sells Refurbished cameras as new and high-pressure sales

Electronics and household app.

I ordered a camera from these creeps last week. When it finally arrived, instead of the "new" camera they advertised on their website, it was a refurbished camera (has scratches, and the stickers are coming off, came in a cellophane bag with no manufacturer's packaging or warranty papers).

Also, a salesman called before they mailed me my package, saying that he needed to confirm my order but instead fired off a series of products he wanted me to order. I agreed to 2 camera accessories, but the price he quoted me for the products was not what was billed to my credit card.

Additionally, when you call them (whether customer service or the sales line) to try to talk with someone about your problem, they first give you the run-around, saying tehir computers are down and such, and then, eventually, they just put you on hold and never pick up your call (I think they have caller ID). These guys should be shut down.
