I paid six hundred and fifty dollars they said if i dont make money i will get it back its been two years i have not seen a dime

I live in columbia mo. I joined more incorpated two years ago'i paid six hundred and fifty dollars to get in the advertiser and management service. At first i was paying twenty five dollars a month. Since there was no money coming in they said they would do all the advertising them selves. Like in magazines and tv. I never seen any adds on tv any where. They all so said if am not happy with the money am making i kind keep what ever i make plus i get my deposit back. Its been two years i have not made a dime. When i ask for my money back. They sent me a email saying i have to send back the matearial. The only thing they sent me was a booklet explaning every thing. They said twice that i would get my money back if am not happy that was a promise. All i want is my money back.
