On 03/19 I ordered 2 ListenUp head phones via internet. The cost was $43.95. According to my order status from ListenUp they were shipped on 03/22, via usps standard, from Pacoima, CA. To West Virginia. That has been over a month, and I have not recieved the head phones. I can understand something being lost, or other honest mistakes being made. But here the big problem. You can not email them. They do not have an 800 number for contacting them. I did try there phone number, 1-818-485-3014 where I had to pay the toll charge, and was told by a recording how to check my order status online. They did give a mailing address, and I did send a complaint. I have never heard from them. I believe this place is run by IdeaVillage. So watch for that name also.
