Rebate not honored depite proper paperwork Ripoff

Ultra products refused to honor my rebates. They claimed I didn't submit the original UPC (a bald-faced lie) and didn't submit a copy UPC for a bonus rebate (another lie). I have copies of my entire submission, and repeatedly send the copies and called them. They still refused. They are flat out scamming people with these rebates.
