I had a similar experience to other writers with this company. I found them using Everyprice.com, which listed them as the lowest price for a Canon ZR-800 camcorder and boasted ~4500 four-star reviews. Other complaints here also mention Everyprice.com, are they in on the scam?
Anyways, I ordered the camcorder and recieved a response that said I had to call to confirm the order. When I called, the guy told me the camera came with a battery that only had a 15-minute charge, and I would have to buy a 2-hour battery for $69. I told him to cancel my order instead, and he refused and immediately threatened to report me to a collection agency. I hung up on him and immediately called to block the charge on my credit card. I'll be watching both my credit card and my credit report for a good long time now.
