Corp. Vivitek Sent defected TV and can not get them to replace or fix. Ripoff

In Oct. 2006 we received a Vivitak 42 inch TV and after setting it up we found out it did not work. After repeated calls to Vivitak someone finnaly called us back and in Dec. 2006 we got the part to fix the TV. Now it is March 24 and we still have not had anyone fix our TV or replace it. We have been given a case number and have been told we will be contacted, but 6 months later I still do not have a working TV and can not talk to anyone who will help.
