Liar, fake and deceiving Los Angeles

I found him on Mercado Libre, a sort of copy of Ebay in Chile. He advertised that he was selling a camera.
I contacted him via email. He said he needed to be pad via Western Union. I needed the camera fast, expedited to me. He aggreed. I paid but he never sent the camera. He was very responsive at first, but then when he got the money, the phone did not answer nor email. I have proofs of his aggreement in various emails and copy of teh money transaction. He did not respect his end of the bargain. He s a vicious and immoral liar.
