Horrible! Horrible organization to cope with!

Purchased a telephone on the site, desired to return because it was said to be something special, was informed to hold back for return tag (You've to invest 2 hours simply to talk to somebody!) No name was delivered actually!!!

After 45 times, was informed to deliver the telephone back, follow up after got the return-receipt, stated require 8 to 10 months for reimbursement! And it is been 12 months but still no reimbursement

Avoid the corporation, you will appreciate yourself later!!!
