Cost was to have been $19.98 charged my credit card, When I received the bill thay had charged $67.92 ripoff

I ordered the my lil reminder off the internet. The cost was to have been one payment of $19.98 only. I got the conformation via e-mail, made a copy for my records,

When my credit card bill arrived I had been charged a whopping $67.92.

There should be a way to get a refund. And stop these people from ripping us off.
