Never shipped product customer service not helpful slow prossessing

I ordered a camera from these guys, and waited three weeks, and never recieved it. I called back and they told me that it hadn't been shipped due to some computer problem. I told them I wanted a discount or I would cancel and they told me someone would be getting back to me. No one called. So I called to try to resolve this again, and waited eons on the phone. This still isn't resolved.
