Allthatcellularstoresyahoo Charged an account they were not authorized to charge after they sent me a message that they had destroyed information ripoff Internet

I purchased a used cell phone on-line. It arrived and several days later quit working. I contacted this company and they informed me I could choose another phone when I returned the original and they would charge the account they have on file. I specifically requested they not keep any information on file and I wanted it destroyed (All in writing). I would be sending the new payment information with the returned phone.

I shipped the phone from USPS on 1/26 with delivery confirmation. On 1/29 this company e-mailed me that they had charged my account on file and had shipped my new phone (I had told them in an email which one I wanted and the payment information would be included with the delivery of the old phone)

They claimed they destroyed all the information, but according to USPS the shipment hadn't been delivered. It was shipping from Washington State to New YORK. 1/26 was a Friday afternoon and 1/29 is the following Monday. The person e-mailing me using silkmiz@aol.com kept e-mailing harrassing messages because I told them I would report them for charging an account that was unauthorized and that USPS stated they had never delivered the package. This person essentially called me a liar and asked me if the information I had sent was on a purple post-it note.

I was at work and had no idea what color the note was, but I mentioned how would he know if he threw it away in the first place? (as it turns out, I have no purple post-it notes) I have copies of every single e-mail message they sent me, numerous. The customer service I received from this person is reprehensible and Juvenile at best. I personally will never do business with this company again.
