Wrong item, still no credit!

I put an order for little image frames three months before I needed them. Numerous emails and calls towards the standing went unanswered. After eventually obtaining a person I had been informed it'd appear your day before I needed them. Once they did appear the dark image frames I requested for my boyis 1st birthday were gold with alarms. I acquired a myriad of run-around about the telephone after I named. Why could not I take advantage of them? Easily purchase today and also have delivered overnight I WOULD obtain the correct types. The contract was that I'd deliver back plus they might pay me for that delivery. It's been three months because the container came together (thank heavens for shipping monitoring). I called about my credit and was informed they did not have any report of getting the container. Subsequently was informed the person who might manage that only works Thurs. And Fridays. I kept calling and also the individual was "not here", "running late", "on the telephone" etc. I had been informed every time she'd call me back with no contact. I had been advised I had been being eager. Ummm, they charged me the moment I acquired them... Why should not I be acknowledged ONCE THEY obtain the product back. Three months is absurd. Our guess is the fact that they wish folks simply quit. I simply named my charge card organization and had the cost corrected. I want I'd seriously this website before I put my purchase. I'm only out the delivery but I am sure additionalis contain it worse. Keep your blood pressure and purchase from elsewhere. The corporation is just a scam as well as their workers are rude and unprofessional.
