Scam Fraud Dishonest Ripoff Orlando Florida

I can not believe Dish Network is allowed to continue to rip people off on a daily basis and nothing is done about it! The contract you sign will disappear the first time you make a service call. When you tell the rep (in another country) that you have a contract they will just argue with you. Then if you just tell them to cancel your service they will start to negotiate the price of the service call? Then when you do cancel they will wait 6 MONTHS and bill you for the equipment you RETURNED! When you don't pay they will turn you over to a collection agency. I figured out one of their secrets though. When you close your account they will assign you a new account number. Then they will bill you on the second account so it looks like you didn't return the equipment. When I figured this out I had to talk to 4 different reps before one would agree that my original account showed I returned the equipment. And NO ONE could explain the second account number, hmmmm. Fraud? THEN everytime I called after that not one rep read the notes on my account so I had to explain to each one about the two accounts. I have had three different reps promise a refund that never came. Then when they posted the refund they STILL didn't post a credit for the receiver so my account looked negative AGAIN. Oh, and they tell you the refund should reach you in 7 to 10 days. But when it doesn't and you call back they say you have to wait 30 days for them to track it. Yep thats right, then in 30 days they can't figure out where it went. Then they have the nerve to tell you they will send another one and it will be there in 7 - 10 days?!?!?! Liars!!!
