Does not like to pay rebates, lies about when mailed out, not received

Bought big screan tv through shopnbc. Was to receive $200.00 rebate. Took four months to "process rebate". Two more months of waiting for it to be mailed. Then told four different dates it was mailed out. Over a week to get from cal. To pa? Now told by Daniel ext. 114 that it is the mail service not wanting to deliver it or probably "lost it". And when i asked to speak to a supervisor he gives himself a promotion to supervisor, and when asked to speak to another one, they are all busy or gone for the day. Won't re-issue a new check till the first one gets returned. How can it get returned if they never send it?
